Our services do not stop when the solution has been delivered. Our clients can count on experienced Everett support engineers in order to realise high-performance systems management and continuity in services. Services can be provided 24x7, remotely and on-site, supported by Service Level Agreements or otherwise. In addition, of course, we are able to support the innovation of the environment once it is in operation.

Everett Solution Support Center (ESSC) has been a prominent part of the Everett Group since 2002, and is among the few companies that is authorized and certified by vendors like Sun Microsystems and Novell to deliver 1st and 2nd line support for their products. Furthermore, the ESSC offers support services on Oracle technology and on various open-source platforms and point solutions from specialized product vendors. Although beginning as a technical support organization, the ESSC has become a true Solution Support provider.
